Due to the additional head support, FG : Twin can handle gluing operations even twice as fast as another flagship model of similar size, FG : Single. To illustrate this, we have conducted tests on a number of Packaging and POS-Display materials. With FG : Twin, the production of nearly 400 lock bottom boxes (4 gluing points) by 2 operators could be completed in 1 hour. In a similar timeframe, 2 operators could assemble 240 hexagonal dump bins (6 gluing points) using the same glue plotter.
